Mentorship

 

The Wightman-Berris Academy has a mentorship program which pairs first year medical students with a Wightman-Berris Academy faculty mentor for two years. This experience allows students a chance to meet informally with one of our many wonderful clinicians for shadowing opportunities, career guidance and helpful advice on embarking on a career in medicine.
