Notary Service

Notary service available Tuesdays between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. The cost of certification/notary of original documents is $20.00 per document. The cost for vertification/notary of copies of additional original documents is $10.00 per copy. Please present UHN identification badge at the time of notary.

Notarization of Signature

• Please bring identification with picture and signature (ie Ontario Driver’s License, passport)
• Document must be signed in Notary’s presence

For Certified Copies of Documents:

• Please bring original document
• and photocopies of original document to be certified
