Photo Identification

It is essential that students wear the Photo ID badges at all times when in hospital.

Photo ID for first year students will be issued during academy orientation.

Photo ID for clerks will be issued during Transition to Clerkship

If you were assigned a WB Academy badge in pre clerkship, you will need to keep it and it will reactivated. If you are new to the WB Academy, you will be issued a new badge.

There is a $10 replacement fee for lost badges.
